Mark your calendar and please join the WMS PAC when we meet throughout the year. All WMS parents are welcome! Meetings are generally 8:45 – 9:45 a.m. in the WMS Library. Updates will be posted to the PAC website, the PAC Facebook page, and in the principal's weekly e-mails.

Middle School Building Project
A town-wide special election is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 to vote on a proposed debt exclusion. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Community House.
Early voting is currently in progress at the Town Clerk's Office (Greenwood Center/231 Maple Road). Early voting hours are:
Monday, September 22 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, September 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, September 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, September 25 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 pm.

Dear Williams Middle School Families,
The Williams Middle School Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) works to help support the school and enhance the educational experience for all our students. In years past, we have had great support from our community and we look forward to working with you all again this year. As the year gets underway, we are focused on fundraising and fulfilling teacher requests.
Fundraising
The district budget does not cover the full cost of valued student activities and other needs. The generosity of WMS families and friends provides valuable support that enriches our children’s educational experience. The vast majority of PAC funds are raised during our Annual Fundraising Drive. Please consider contributing to the PAC!
Thanks to your support, the PAC has been able to fund a variety of teacher and staff enrichment requests. For instance, we’ve recently helped pay for items such as extra classroom calculators, supplemental books, and chairs for outdoor seating. The PAC also helps fund teacher appreciation gifts, field trips, and 8th grade graduation events.
How to Contribute
In the fall, you can contribute to our Annual Fundraising Drive online with a credit card or PayPal account. You can also complete this form and send a check to the school made payable to WMS PAC. Thank you!
