Welcome to the 2026–2027 PAC!

Thanks to strong community support in past years, the PAC has made a significant impact at Williams Middle School. We look forward to continuing our partnership with parents, guardians, and friends of WMS as we make these final years in our building meaningful for students, teachers, and staff. At the end of September, we will launch our fall Rocktober campaign to support:

• All-School Events, such as a fall laser light show assembly and the annual spring Field Day.

• Field Trips and/or end-of-year activities for every grade.

• Fulfillment of Teacher/Staff Requests that enhance the classroom, club, and activity experience for students.

Fundraising

The district budget does not fully cover enriching student activities and other needs. Support from WMS families and friends helps give our children a rich, well-rounded educational experience. To limit fundraising and donation requests throughout the year, the PAC raises most of its donations through the fall Rocktober campaign.

How Are Donations Used?

PAC donations have subsidized field trips and grade-specific events and fully funded all-school activities, including last year’s movie night and this fall’s laser light show assembly. They have also supported teacher and staff requests for classroom calculators, outdoor seating, meals and treats for school groups and clubs, new dry-erase boards, colonial-era game supplies, and more. The PAC sponsors staff appreciation activities, including a coffee/donut cart that visits classrooms several times a year and a week of special treats and events each spring during Teacher Appreciation Week. The PAC budget is updated regularly and can be found on our website.

Other Ways to Help

Funding alone cannot make PAC events and experiences possible. We rely on parents and guardians who volunteer their time, energy, and expertise for various events throughout the school year.
