Dear Families,

The Williams Middle School Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is looking for volunteers for next school year. We are seeking two parents to help represent next year’s 6th grade class. The PAC works to help support the school and enhance the educational experience for all our students.

The PAC assists families and the school through:

  1. Family engagement

      • Communication - The WMS Student Directory and email notices help families connect with each other and stay up to date on school and PAC activities.

      • PAC Meetings - Meet with other parents and hear from Principal Nelson, our School Committee representative, and PAC volunteers about what is going on in our school and the district.

  1. Volunteer opportunities- Picture Day, Bake Sales, Staff Appreciation Luncheon, Field Day, 8th Grade Activities, and more.

  1. Fundraising

      • The PAC organizes fundraising that helps provide valuable support to enrich our children’s educational experience.

Working as a PAC representative usually requires only a few hours of work per month. If you would like to learn more about volunteering with the PAC, please contact us at
